The TEGRAS method<\/strong> combines, in a single system, the four elements of Sinner\u2019s Circle: mechanical action<\/strong> (brushing), chemical product<\/strong> (degreaser), temperature and time<\/strong> (the period during which the foam remains adhered to the grease to perform its degreasing action).<\/p>

Our TEGRAS method<\/strong> consists of combining several pieces of equipment<\/strong>, each suitable for cleaning the different elements of the exhaust system:<\/p>

  1. For ducts:<\/strong> To clean the exhaust duct, a Tegras brushing unit must be used.<\/li>
  2. For the hood and the exhaust:<\/strong> To clean the kitchen hood, the duct, and the exhaust, one of the following foam generators is required.<\/li>
