BRUSH MATERIALS
NYLON.
Medium-hard grease residue.
Suitable for removing medium-hard grease residue. Nylon brushes are highly recommended for combinations in square ducts with mixed or PBT brushes. They are ideal brushes for maintenance cleaning. They do not scratch the inside of the ducts. They provide optimal foam distribution.
PBT.
Hard grease residue
Indicated for medium-hard to hard grease residue with high abrasion power and degreasing action.
PBT is one of the most recently developed, technologically advanced raw materials, and it has excellent elastic recovery. It does not release substances and is certified by international standards. Brushes suitable for use in food environments.
MIXED.
Extreme-hard grease residue
MIXED (Steel and Nylon Combination)
Suitable for removing extreme-hard grease residue. Highly recommended for removing “carbonized” grease.
The steel breaks up the grease, allowing the chemical to penetrate the residue. The nylon is responsible for distributing the active foam. Maximum abrasion capacity.
CLEANING SQUARE DUCTS
The DUO Square system is the definitive solution for brushing the toughest dirt in the corners of square ducts.
The modules have been designed to combine two brushes of different diameters, material, and bristle thickness to adapt the brushing to the shape of the duct, both circular and square. The DUO Square system combines two rows of brushes; the outer core is sized to the height of the duct, and the inner core is appropriately sized to achieve effective brushing in the corner.
