IFOAM COMPACT is a portable foam generator for cleaning kitchen hoods, plenums, and extractors. Combined with a brushing machine, it allows for cleaning the interior of extraction ducts.
It automatically performs the optimal mixture of chemical, water, and air to generate a very dense foam that adheres to surfaces. The foam effectively dissolves grease by remaining adhered long enough before dissolving along with the grease.
