Methodology for cleaning exhaust systems
The TEGRAS method combines, in a single system, the four elements of Sinner’s Circle: mechanical action (brushing), chemical product (degreaser), temperature and time (the period during which the foam remains adhered to the grease to perform its degreasing action).
Our TEGRAS method consists of combining several pieces of equipment, each suitable for cleaning the different elements of the exhaust system:
- For ducts: To clean the exhaust duct, a Tegras brushing unit must be used.
- For the hood and the exhaust: To clean the kitchen hood, the duct, and the exhaust, one of the following foam generators is required.
- For filters: System for cleaning filters and kitchen utensils, with or without ultrasound.
